Cancellation, No-Call/No-Show, and Late Policy To provide the best service to all clients and ensure smooth scheduling, the following policies apply: 1. Cancellation Policy • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the service cost, which is nonrefundable. 2. No-Call/No-Show Policy • Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notifying us in advance will be considered a No-Call/No-Show. • No-Call/No-Show appointments will be charged 100% of the service cost, which is nonrefundable. 3. Late Policy • If a client is more than 10 minutes late for their scheduled appointment, a $10 late fee will be applied. • After 10 minutes, the appointment will be canceled, and the client will be charged 100% of the service cost, as we may no longer be able to accommodate the session. 4. Payment Terms • Fees for cancellations, late arrivals, or no-shows will be charged to the card on file or must be paid before booking a future appointment. • Prepaid packages or memberships will also be subject to these terms.
